ABOUT APRIL

Hi everyone and welcome to April Plank Pilates. I started teaching Pilates over 20 years ago and have helped hundreds of clients reach their health and fitness goals. I am a NCPT (Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher) and have a MS in both Exercise Science and Health Enhancement and Appraisal. I’m a lifelong athlete and use my background as a former gymnast, college athlete, fitness instructor, marathoner, and personal trainer to build fun, effective, creative Pilates workouts. 

I love sharing my passion for Pilates with others and I hope you enjoy doing my workouts as much as I enjoy teaching them. I hope these videos inspire you to make Pilates a part of your daily life.
